What you will do
- Recruit, develop, and lead a team of Enterprise Account Directors.
- Create a strong coaching culture with frequent deal reviews, ride-alongs, and 1:1s.
- Define and refine enterprise Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and territory design.
- Establish clear operating rhythms for pipeline and forecast management.
- Guide reps through complex, technical, and often unstructured enterprise sales opportunities.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Technical Success, and Finance on strategy, roadmap, and commercial terms.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise sales, success, or GTM leadership, with significant time leading at scale.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth in enterprise segments ($100M+ businesses).
- Experience leading verticalized or segment-based sales motions.
- Strong operational orientation in capacity planning, pipeline rigor, and forecasting.
- Low-ego, culture-first leader comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.

- Existing network of senior enterprise executives to convene around new AI initiatives.
- Coach-first leadership style, energized by direct feedback and team development.
- Experience building or refining GTM motions and codifying operating rhythms.
- Comfortable with technical depth in AI, data, and API concepts.
- Energized by big goals, fast hiring, evolving products, and a rapidly changing market.
- Public company experience strongly preferred.
