Salary: $125,000-$145,000 / year (base $87,500-$101,500) + uncapped earning potential + equity

What you will do

  • Provide visionary direction in sales dynamics and organizational strategy.
  • Navigate market shifts and ensure organizational adaptability.
  • Orchestrate and lead dynamic sales teams, fostering collaboration and achievement.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis and establish industry thought leadership.
  • Provide advanced strategic leadership, aligning with corporate goals.
  • Lead and oversee multiple teams of sales professionals, guiding managers to refine approaches and drive collective success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales management experience in a high-growth environment (SaaS preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience leading teams of 25+ representatives.
  • Proven experience leading, hiring, developing, and managing second-line leaders.
  • Experience using AI tools to increase work quality and efficiency.
