Senior Manager - Sales Strategy & Operations (AI Cloud): Shaping and executing hirify.global’ go-to-market strategy and driving operational excellence across the full revenue lifecycle for the US market with an accent on sales planning, performance management, and forecasting. Focus on translating insights into actionable strategies, optimizing sales processes, and fostering cross-functional alignment for predictable revenue growth.

Location: Remote from the United States (East Coast preferred)

Salary: $180,000–$275,000 OTE + equity

What you will do

  • Partner with Sales Leadership to define and execute on go-to-market strategies for the US market.
  • Lead annual and quarterly sales planning, including territory design, capacity modeling, and quota setting.
  • Design, optimize, and scale sales processes across the sales funnel to promote deal velocity.
  • Own sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting with established KPIs and dashboards.
  • Translate data insights into actionable strategies that influence investment decisions and GTM priorities.
  • Act as a key liaison between Sales, Finance, Product, and Marketing to drive cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years in Revenue/Sales Operations or related roles, including 3+ years managing teams.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling sales operations and building processes in high-growth SaaS/tech environments.
  • Strong strategic and analytical problem-solver with expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborative leader, good communicator, and influencer with a track record of building trust across senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to bring structure to ambiguity, prioritize, and execute at pace.
  • Proficiency with sales productivity tools and experience driving adoption and optimization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in a high-growth, start-up environment.
  • Exposure to SaaS models or cloud infrastructure sales.
  • MBA.
