Senior Sales Manager (AI): Driving B2B sales of media measurement, attribution, and optimization services for TV and streaming advertising with an accent on client relationship management and quota achievement. Focus on leveraging generative AI tools for deal strategy, prospecting, and personalized outreach to meet complex client needs.
Location: Role is based in New York. Onsite client visits and participation in regional industry events required. Those local or living in surrounding areas to one of our offices (Bellevue, WA or New York, NY) will work a hybrid schedule, coming into their local office 3 days a week. Applicants must already be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without the need for current or future sponsorship.
Salary: $310,000–$350,000 USD Annually (OTE cash compensation)

What you will do
- Manage all aspects of client selling: prospecting, presenting, proposal generation, relationship management, closing, and transition.
- Leverage generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini) for deep-dive prospect research, value proposition synthesis, and personalized outreach.
- Develop and execute territory account plans to achieve and exceed individual quota responsibility.
- Manage multiple customer sales cycles, negotiations, and contracting.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and partners.
- Extract data and creative insights from the hirify.global platform to generate unique and compelling insights for clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of consultative B2B sales experience in an an agency, research, or digital media services firm, focusing on selling subscription-based services to brands.
- Proven experience using Large Language Models (LLMs) like Gemini or ChatGPT to accelerate the sales lifecycle.
- Track record of success in selling complex offerings across an organization.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and operate in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial start-up environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Nice to have
- Advertising measurement/creative assessment experience.
- Deep understanding of media planning, media buying, advertising technology, and digital media (linear TV, OTT/Streaming, Addressable).
