What you will do
- Own and deliver enterprise new-logo revenue targets for your region.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of senior Enterprise Account Executives.
- Establish and enforce value-based selling methodologies like Command of the Message and MEDDPICC.
- Coach Account Executives on complex deal strategy, executive engagement, and competitive positioning.
- Actively participate in key deals, including executive alignment and negotiation.
- Build and execute regional Go-To-Market and territory strategies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience, including significant frontline or regional sales leadership.
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing enterprise sales teams in new-logo, outbound-driven environments.
- Expertise in value-based enterprise sales methodologies like Command of the Message and MEDDPICC.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and leverage a partner ecosystem for pipeline and revenue generation.
- Proven success navigating large, complex enterprise sales cycles with senior executive buyers.
- Comfort operating in fast-scaling, ambiguous environments.
