Salary: $350,000 - $450,000 OTE + Equity

What you will do

  • Own and deliver enterprise new-logo revenue targets for your region.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of senior Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Establish and enforce value-based selling methodologies like Command of the Message and MEDDPICC.
  • Coach Account Executives on complex deal strategy, executive engagement, and competitive positioning.
  • Actively participate in key deals, including executive alignment and negotiation.
  • Build and execute regional Go-To-Market and territory strategies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience, including significant frontline or regional sales leadership.
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing enterprise sales teams in new-logo, outbound-driven environments.
  • Expertise in value-based enterprise sales methodologies like Command of the Message and MEDDPICC.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and leverage a partner ecosystem for pipeline and revenue generation.
  • Proven success navigating large, complex enterprise sales cycles with senior executive buyers.
  • Comfort operating in fast-scaling, ambiguous environments.
