What you will do

• Proactively identify and engage with active brands to ensure thorough market coverage.
• Qualify leads based on established criteria and distribute them promptly to the appropriate sales teams.
• Execute targeted sales plays designed to drive brand engagement.
• Support product launches and marketing events by initiating targeted outreach efforts.
• Maintain data integrity by accurately recording interactions and engagement statuses in the CRM.
• Gather key insights, trends, and win/loss reasons and feedback this intelligence to Revenue Operations.

Requirements

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Prior experience in a BDR or similar sales role with a demonstrable track-record of achieving targets, preferably within a SaaS or tech environment.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and CRM systems (especially Salesforce).
• Proficiency with sales tools such as Outreach, Zoominfo, and Highspot.

Nice to have

• Fashion/Luxury/Beauty Industry experience.
• Fluency in another European language is desirable.
