What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic plans for new logo acquisition and pipeline development, exceeding new business targets.
- Drive the full sales cycle for new enterprise prospects within the healthcare payer sector.
- Design and execute comprehensive Account Plans for named accounts to maximize expansion and retention.
- Cultivate and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key decision-makers.
- Lead complex sales cycles, coordinating internal resources to deliver winning proposals.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments to articulate value propositions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 4 years selling complex enterprise software/solutions into large healthcare organizations.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas in a hunter/new logo acquisition role.
- Demonstrated ability to engage, build relationships with, and present to C-level executives.
- Experience navigating complex procurement processes with multiple stakeholders.
- Expert-level proficiency in using a CRM (preferably Salesforce) for pipeline and forecasting.
- Strong understanding of healthcare IT challenges, regulatory environments (e.g., HIPAA), and sales methodologies.
- Not eligible for sponsorship.
