Location: Must live within a 50-mile commute of a designated Microsoft office in the U.S. or 25-mile commute of a non-U.S., country-specific location, and be expected to work from the office at least four days per week.

Salary: USD $130,900 – $277,200 per year.

What you will do

• Develop and optimize scalable processes for the entire product development lifecycle.
• Establish and maintain a predictable rhythm for product releases and strategic planning.
• Streamline communication channels between product, engineering, design, and commercial teams.
• Partner with data science to build and maintain dashboards to monitor product health and performance.
• Serve as the central point of contact for operational inquiries related to the product portfolio.
• Communicate product roadmap updates, launch timelines, and performance insights to the wider organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 8+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles OR equivalent experience.
• Consistent history of working directly with product, engineering, and go-to-market (GTM) leadership managing multiple complex, large-scale product launches and go-to-market strategies simultaneously.
• 5+years of product operations experience that includes product development lifecycle experience.
• 5+ years of experience with product roadmap management and strategic planning for product releases.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 12+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles OR Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field AND 15+ years experience OR equivalent experience.
