Location: Mountain View, United States. Employees are expected to work from a designated hirify.global office at least four days a week if living within 50 miles (U.S.) or 25 miles (non-U.S., country-specific) of that location.

Salary: USD $165,600 – $272,300 per year (for San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area).

hirify.global AI (MAI) is responsible for hirify.global’s consumer propositions including Copilot, Bing, MSN, hirify.global Advertising, and Edge, and develops proprietary foundational AI models.

What you will do

• Lead and guide large and smaller strategy projects.
• Communicate and advocate insights to senior business leaders.
• Conduct market-based research and analyses for strategic questions.
• Perform valuation analysis (e.g., discounted cash flow, comparable company analysis).
• Synthesize findings into insights and develop recommendations for potential growth opportunities.
• Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders and advise senior leadership on strategic business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 6+ years or Master’s Degree and 4+ years in marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience presenting complex technical concepts into compelling positions.
• 6+ years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
• 4+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, and/or investment banking.

Nice to have

• Experience in banking related to Digital Advertising and/or AI monetization.
