Principal Product Manager - Technical (AI): Building calling, texting, emailing, and sharing experiences where Alexa acts as an agent for customers, with an accent on leveraging Generative AI and large language models. Location: Must be based in the USA, with compensation tied to specific locations such as Sunnyvale, CA and Seattle, WA. Los Angeles County applicants are also considered.

Compensation: $179,900 - $279,900 USD annually

What you will do

• Own and define the vision, strategy, and product roadmap for Alexa Communications.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and science teams to develop customer-delighting offerings.
• Drive product launches, working with business development, Alexa partner teams, and public relations.
• Monitor business performance and refine the product roadmap based on insights.
• Work with customers to understand problems and analyze service/business metrics.
• Synthesize feedback and industry knowledge to create strategies and test hypotheses.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with feature delivery, roadmap strategy, and end-to-end product delivery.
• Ability to contribute to engineering discussions and effectively influence across cross-functional teams.
• Work authorization for the USA required.

Nice to have

• Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements.
• Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement.
