What you will do

• Own and define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Alexa Communications features.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, science, business intelligence, and executive teams.
• Drive product launches and manage cross-functional dependencies and tradeoffs.
• Analyze customer feedback, business metrics, and market trends to refine product direction.
• Engage with customers and partners to understand needs and deliver impactful solutions.
• Lead technical discussions and contribute to technology strategy related to product development.

Requirements

• Location: Based in or near Los Angeles, United States
• English: B2 level or higher
• 8+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.
• Experience owning product roadmaps and delivering end-to-end product features.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Technical understanding to engage in engineering discussions and strategy.

Nice to have

• Experience working directly with engineers on product enhancements.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement.
