What you will do

• Own and drive complex technical programs across initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & control, closure, and change management.
• Translate business and product vision into actionable plans, driving execution and accountability.
• Define program vision, support strategy, and drive execution plans in collaboration with crossfunctional teams.
• Provide program updates and risks to leadership, translating complex issues into actionable, business-aligned narratives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in monetization, advertising, or commerce in a technical or program management capacity.
• Demonstrated success influencing and collaborating with executive leadership (VP/CVP level).
• Strong program management fundamentals: roadmap planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and execution tracking.

Nice to have

• 12+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• Experience in Monetization, Commerce, or consumer-facing platforms.
