Compensation: $151,700–$270,950 USD

What you will do

• Function as a GenAI product evangelist and thought leader internally and externally.
• Support the business during the adoption of transformational GenAI technologies into Ovid product platforms.
• Guide product managers, SMEs, and AI teams to develop an agile platform roadmap for business goals.
• Manage rapid experiments with new GenAI technologies and Ovid content to identify new product concepts.
• Conduct customer research, market segmentation, and strategic partnerships to understand evolving market needs driven by GenAI and LLM.
• Ensure the transfer of advanced technology research (GenAI, LLM, ML) into core product development roadmaps.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) and residency required.
• Minimum 3 years in medical and clinical practice.
• Minimum 5 years in medical and clinical research, including published articles.
• Minimum 3 years in technology applications to medical research or clinical practices.
• Demonstrated success as a medical researcher and an AI expert in formulating product strategy and development.
• Strong perspective on GenAI and LLM and their potential impact on medical and clinical research.
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in medical/clinical practice, research, and product development using GenAI technologies.
• Expertise in creating and implementing product strategies by leveraging GenAI technologies.
• Knowledge of GenAI and LLM, skillful in using them in daily work.
• Experience in agent development, agentic workflow design, and hands-on prompt engineering.
• Familiar with established product development processes such as Lean Development, SVPG, or OKR.
