Principal, Microsoft AI Monetization Strategy (AI)

TL;DR

Principal, hirify.global Monetization Strategy (AI): Supporting the strategic and operational needs of the Monetization team. Focus on structuring ambiguous business problems, evaluating the financial impact of different strategies, and crafting executive material to inform decisions.

Location: MAI employees are expected to work from a designated Microsoft office at least four days a week if they live within 50 miles (U.S.) or 25 miles (non-U.S., country-specific) of that location. This expectation is subject to local law and may vary by jurisdiction.

Salary: USD $130,900 – $272,300 per year

What you will do

• Lead large strategy projects and provide guidance to smaller projects.
• Communicate and advocate insights to senior business leaders.
• Conduct market-based research and analyses to frame strategic questions.
• Help with valuation analysis using discounted cash flow (DCF) and comparable company analysis.
• Synthesize findings into insights and develop recommendations for growth opportunities.
• Convey viewpoints through written documents, influence models, and deliver project findings to senior executives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, or related field AND 6+ years marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience OR Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 4+ years related experience OR equivalent experience.
• Experience presenting complex technical concepts.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders.
• Experience in strategy, management consulting and/or investment banking.
• Banking related to Digital Advertising and/or AI monetization.
