What you will do

• Shape multi-year AI and Business Intelligence strategy for QuickBooks, defining clear frameworks and success metrics.
• Run the operating system for AI initiatives across QuickBooks, ensuring operational rigor and accountability.
• Drive execution and unblock AI delivery by identifying gaps and accelerating the implementation of AI agents and intelligent workflows.
• Create clarity across a complex, cross-functional ecosystem by translating AI and platform complexity into clear priorities.
• Elevate insights and decision-making by leveraging data analysis and reporting skills to guide strategy.
• Build repeatable systems for diagnosing performance, evaluating initiatives, and driving disciplined execution of AI solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategy & business operations, product strategy, consulting, or operating roles within high-growth technology environments.
• Proven ability to run an operating system: drive cadence, create clarity, instill accountability, and manage a portfolio of initiatives.
• Strong structured problem-solving skills with the ability to define choices and navigate multi-stakeholder complexity.
• Track record of identifying opportunities, driving alignment, resolving blockers, and landing outcomes.
• Executive-level written and verbal communication skills; able to simplify complexity and influence at scale.
• High attention to detail, strong project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
