AI Consultant / AI CoE Lead

What you will do

• Act as the primary AI consultant, identifying business challenges and opportunities for AI-driven innovation.
• Develop and drive AI strategy, best practices, and innovation through the AI Center of Excellence.
• Assess, prioritize, and roadmap AI initiatives from ideation through implementation.
• Collaborate with product owners, data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to design and deliver AI solutions.
• Advise on AI technologies, frameworks, architectures, technical quality, and ethical AI principles.
• Lead and mentor AI CoE members while managing stakeholder expectations, risks, benefits, and delivery outcomes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in AI consulting, solution architecture, or related roles, preferably with leadership responsibilities.
• Expertise in AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Experience driving enterprise AI initiatives from ideation through design and implementation.
• Experience working with clients and executive leadership to translate business needs into AI solutions.
• Hands-on collaboration with development teams and data scientists.
• Understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, responsible AI, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience building or leading Centers of Excellence or similar structures.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and AI lifecycle management tools.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
