AI Solutions Specialist (AI/Sales): Shaping how hirify.global sells and scales its AI products, partnering with sales regions to lead AI sales pursuits and implement AI workflows with customers, with an accent on qualifying, scoping, and accelerating AI sales opportunities. Focus on closing complex AI deals, generating AI revenue, and translating business problems into practical AI workflows.

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, California. Requires in-office work on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

Salary: $217,000–$255,000 per year (total on target earnings).

What you will do

  • Act as a regional sales overlay, co-selling with account teams to qualify, scope, and accelerate AI sales opportunities.
  • Run sales cycles end to end in partnership with the selling team, closing complex AI deals.
  • Implement AI workflows with customers, leveraging deal discovery and POC requirements to generate AI revenue.
  • Own and build out one of hirify.global's internal team pillars (e.g., Sales Motions & Programs).
  • Serve as an AI thought leader for customers and the field, translating business problems into practical AI workflows.

Requirements

  • Strong sales skills and comfort owning customer discussions/sales cycles.
  • Technical skills with the ability to build and implement AI workflows with customers.
  • Previous experience creating, owning, and scaling new programs.
  • Ability to operate with pace and tempo, focusing on shipping and iterating as you learn.
  • Cross-functional partnership skills, working well with GTM and other teams.
  • Curiosity and willingness to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
  • Must be based in San Francisco, California and work from the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

Nice to have

  • Power user of hirify.global.
  • Experience selling a technical product and multiple commercial models (seats, usage).
  • Experience as a founding team member or an early hire at a fast-growing startup.
