Salary: $150,500.00 - $264,700.00

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Solution Consultants and Architects.
• Align with sales leadership to develop and execute technical empowerment strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team for efficiency.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing technical expertise and solution guidance.
• Design tailored data-driven solutions addressing enterprise customers’ unique challenges.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership on product enhancements and roadmap.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, technical sales, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of AI, CCaaS, Customer Experience, and Digital domains.
• Excellent communication and data-driven storytelling skills.
• Experience with Salesforce reports/dashboards and project management tools like Asana.
