Location: Hybrid position with remote work available from any of the 43 US states where hirify.global operates (e.g., Illinois, Kentucky, Kansas, Idaho, Delaware)

Salary: $67,000–$101,000 USD

What you will do

  • Own and manage a portfolio of Corporate Enhanced Tier accounts, serving as their primary Customer Success Manager.
  • Build trusted-advisor relationships and partner with Account Executives to define success plans.
  • Design and deliver scaled adoption support for Corporate Standard Tier customers for new product onboardings.
  • Drive product adoption and outcomes by translating interest into measurable success goals.
  • Monitor usage, progress, and friction points, documenting Verified Outcomes.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional engagement with internal teams like Adoption Services, Product, Support, and Sales.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Support, Consulting).
  • Strong ability to organize work, manage projects, and follow defined processes.
  • Comfort translating customer needs into structured plans and clear next steps.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Work authorization for the USA is required.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS or technology-enabled services.
  • Exposure to onboarding, implementations, or adoption-focused work.
  • Familiarity working cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment.
