What you will do
- Manage executive business relationships with customers.
- Ensure accurate and timely program implementation.
- Handle contract renewals and account reviews.
- Increase account presentation and conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
- Execute marketing strategy, sales, and inventory management.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or other relevant business discipline preferred.
- 3+ years' account management or project management experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet.
- Proven experience in problem resolution with collaboration.
