TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Cybersecurity): Managing a portfolio of existing hirify.global customers to maximize their utility from deployments and grow Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) with an accent on driving adoption, outcomes, renewals, expansion, and advocacy. Focus on identifying and negotiating upsell and cross-sell opportunities, conducting business reviews with executive leadership, and managing customer escalations to resolution.

Location: This role is hybrid, requiring 3 days in office. Office locations include Los Angeles, Dallas, San Francisco, and Phoenix, USA.

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 base plus commission (80/20 split).

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of 80-100 existing hirify.global customers to maximize their utility and grow Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
  • Conduct business reviews with client executive leadership and health checks on deployments to drive satisfaction and business outcomes.
  • Identify, nurture, and negotiate upsell and cross-sell opportunities by aligning products to customer needs.
  • Ensure customers are set up for success and facilitate the renewal at the end of the subscription term.
  • Analyze customer engagement levels to assess risk and execute action plans to progress account health.
  • Manage customer escalations to resolution, leveraging cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Project Management, Business Development, Technical Account Management, Client Service, or Consulting.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior business professionals.
  • Foundational understanding of cybersecurity concepts.
  • Strong time management skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
