TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Lincoln, NE, United States), requiring 3 days in the office each week. Candidates must live within commuting distance of hirify.global's Lincoln, Nebraska headquarters.

Salary: Base Salary Range: $33,600 - $45,500 USD (yearly). On-Target Earnings: $48,000 - $65,000 USD (yearly).

What you will do

  • Execute high-impact onboarding processes for new accounts, ensuring immediate value and long-term success.
  • Maximize territory impact by driving deep product adoption and integration into customers' daily workflows.
  • Drive strategic engagement through reviews and strategy sessions, providing education and roadmaps for program goals.
  • Champion the full hirify.global product ecosystem, identifying opportunities to bridge program gaps with broader offerings.
  • Master key metrics (engagement, churn, expansion revenue) to proactively identify and mitigate at-risk accounts.

Requirements

  • Must live within commuting distance of Lincoln, Nebraska headquarters for hybrid work (3 days onsite).
  • English: B2 required.
  • Possess a relentless advocacy for user experience, leaning into tough conversations to resolve issues.
  • Demonstrate command communication skills for web demos and renewal negotiations, translating technical value.
  • Exhibit commercial and data acumen to understand the sales funnel, spot expansion signals, and use health scores.
  • Be technology savvy, quickly grasping product-market fit and comfortable using tools like Salesforce and Salesloft.
  • Master prioritization to balance a heavy workload without dropping tasks.

Nice to have

  • Experience as an innovator, looking for better ways to refine processes and find creative solutions.
  • Previous experience in the sports industry as a coach, athlete, or administrator.
  • Background in a client-facing role at a SaaS tech company, understanding subscription renewals and churn.
  • Familiarity with the hirify.global Suite of products.
