TL;DR

Customer Marketing Manager: Building and managing hirify.global’s inaugural Customer Advisory Board (CAB) program to foster deep partnerships with strategic enterprise customers. Focus on driving expansion revenue through targeted upsell/cross-sell programs and ensuring customers become lifelong advocates.

Location: Remote (US, Canada, Dominican Republic, Bulgaria, UK)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute marketing programs specifically designed to drive expansion within existing accounts, showcasing the value of new features and services.
  • Design, launch, and manage hirify.global’s inaugural CAB program to foster deep partnerships with our most strategic enterprise customers.
  • Own the strategy and execution of a global customer newsletter and other dedicated communication channels to keep customers informed of product updates and best practices.
  • Grow the number of customer success stories focusing on the business benefits of why they choose hirify.global.
  • Own public review sites, such as Gartner Peer Insights and G2, including creating a strategy to drive more positive reviews of hirify.global that align to the corporate narrative.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant marketing experience in a B2B technology company, preferably within the enterprise database or IT infrastructure space.
  • Proven track record of developing core messaging and content that generates customer engagement and improves sales effectiveness.
  • Ability to design marketing programs that contribute to expansion pipeline and customer retention.
  • Sufficient understanding of database technologies.
  • Must have a valid passport and be flexible to travel up to 10% of the time

  • Ability to translate technical functionality into clear, jargon-free messaging for a variety of audiences.
  • Superior multi-tasking abilities and the capacity to “manage sideways” in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.
  • You take initiative to find solutions and see complexity as an interesting challenge.
  • Willing and able to roll up your sleeves to get things done while defining the “big picture”.
