What you will do

• Plan, organize, and coordinate the company's participation in exhibitions and trade shows.
• Manage end-to-end booth setup, design coordination, and logistics to ensure an exceptional brand experience.
• Organize internal and external events such as team meetings, conferences, and customer seminars.
• Continuously evaluate and improve event processes and efficiencies.
• Implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance event planning and execution.
• Handle post-event evaluations and reporting with a focus on measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English (C1+).
• Proven experience in event planning, managing exhibition booths, and conference organization.
• Tech-savvy and proficient with martech solutions and analytics dashboards.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel for events when required.
