What you will do

  • Qualify leads efficiently using pre-sales techniques and strategic materials.
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions aligned with hirify.global's business model.
  • Plan, manage, and organize tasks using HubSpot CRM.
  • Record data accurately in HubSpot CRM.
  • Map and prospect new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Identify and prospect new potential customers through research, market analysis, and sales tools.
  • Develop strategies to generate quality leads and maintain an up-to-date database.
  • Initiate and maintain effective conversations with prospects via phone, email, and social media.
  • Qualify opportunities using specific criteria and transfer qualified leads to sales representatives.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • English: Advanced

Nice to have

  • Experience in lead prospecting techniques (outbound).
  • Knowledge of trends in technology areas with a focus on conversational commerce.
  • Digital certifications in sales and marketing.
  • Knowledge of Hubspot CRM.
  • Experience in Apollo.
