What you will do
- Influence product roadmap through discovery, prioritization, and refining requirements.
- Partner with Engineering and Design counterparts and Squad Technical Owners in agile ceremonies.
- Gather customer insights and market imperatives to inform roadmapping and backlog management.
- Lead customer needs discovery, translating findings into product requirements (epics, stories, mockups).
- Coordinate go-to-market activities across sales, implementation, marketing, services, and support.
- Develop educational materials, pricing, messaging, and positioning for the product portfolio.
Requirements
- 5 years of relevant product management experience in practice management, patient acquisition, or patient engagement.
- Ability to synthesize client needs and pain points, with experience developing consumer or patient-facing solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and work collaboratively across functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute day-to-day operational activities.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulatory trends and compliance.
- Undergraduate degree.
Nice to have
- Experience with Go-High-Level CRM or other healthcare CRMs.
- Exposure to working with ambulatory practices.
- Familiarity with Jira and Agile software development.
- Working in healthcare digital marketing.
