What you will do

• Influence product roadmap through discovery, prioritization, and refining requirements.
• Partner with Engineering and Design counterparts and Squad Technical Owners in agile ceremonies.
• Gather customer insights and market imperatives to inform roadmapping and backlog management.
• Lead customer needs discovery, translating findings into product requirements (epics, stories, mockups).
• Coordinate go-to-market activities across sales, implementation, marketing, services, and support.
• Develop educational materials, pricing, messaging, and positioning for the product portfolio.

Requirements

• 5 years of relevant product management experience in practice management, patient acquisition, or patient engagement.
• Ability to synthesize client needs and pain points, with experience developing consumer or patient-facing solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and work collaboratively across functional teams.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute day-to-day operational activities.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry regulatory trends and compliance.
• Undergraduate degree.

Nice to have

• Experience with Go-High-Level CRM or other healthcare CRMs.
• Exposure to working with ambulatory practices.
• Familiarity with Jira and Agile software development.
• Working in healthcare digital marketing.
