What you will do

  • Partner with internal stakeholders and cross-functional leaders to understand operational challenges and opportunities.
  • Create and champion a product strategy that drives improved scale of the organization and aligns with business objectives.
  • Manage a team of Product Managers and lead scrum teams to develop new application functionality and enterprise technology solutions.
  • Define metrics, measure results, and make data-driven decisions, adjusting plans based on quantitative and qualitative signals.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, product leads, and executive leadership on strategy, efforts, and progress against goals.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of product experience with a track record of building solutions that create value.
  • 8 years of management experience.
  • Proven track record of creating, maintaining, and enhancing business relationships and communicating effectively with senior management.
  • Able to effectively lead a remote team.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to set and drive quantitative goals.
  • Able to simplify complex ideas into clear and convincing communications.

Nice to have

  • Experience in customer success, client performance management, or client operations.
  • Experience with technical workflows required to close quality care gaps.
  • Ability to gather input and familiarize with a problem space to make well-informed decisions.
  • Ability to create and structure a product roadmap for internal tools, systems, and processes.
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy for users.
