Salary: $104,900 – $174,700

What you will do

• Define and own a portion of the AI product roadmap to drive innovation in healthcare delivery.
• Translate complex clinical challenges into safe, explainable AI features that improve quality of care.
• Conduct hands-on user discovery and validation with healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deliver robust, scalable AI capabilities.
• Monitor performance metrics to guide product iteration and commercial readiness.
• Advocate for user trust and ethical AI principles within the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product management, including scaling AI- or data-driven products.
• Strong technical fluency to work effectively with engineering, data science, and UX teams.
• Proven experience taking customer-facing AI products from ideation through to prototype and launch.
• Demonstrated ability to define and track product metrics regarding adoption, engagement, and quality.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Nursing, Computer Science, or Health Informatics.
