What you will do

• Define and execute product strategy and a 12-month roadmap for the GenAI application, driving customer adoption, engagement, and retention.
• Establish yourself as the key product authority, aligning executive leadership and major stakeholders on product vision and prioritization.
• Drive product performance and quality through hands-on technical involvement, including prompt engineering and designing comprehensive evaluations.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial research and feature definition to launch, iteration, and deprecation.
• Monitor key business and product health metrics (e.g., hallucination rate, response latency, cost per query) and proactively identify improvements.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on the GenAI competitive landscape, sharing knowledge and driving innovation.

Requirements

• Exceptional Executive Presence and Communication skills, with proven ability to articulate complex visions and align C-level stakeholders.
• Deep, Hands-On Generative AI Expertise, including understanding of LLMs, model fine-tuning, and challenges of deploying AI at scale.
• Direct, practical experience in prompt engineering, building evaluation frameworks, and driving model quality through data analysis.
• Strong Product Fundamentals in prioritization, roadmapping, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.
• Customer-centric mindset with a track record of launching successful products.
• Comfort navigating extreme ambiguity and creating clarity from complex technical and business challenges.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in SaaS product management or similar environments (e.g., SaaS engineering management, technology consulting).
• Experience building products for life sciences/healthcare or with healthcare data.
