TL;DR

Lead Account Manager (DACH): Driving growth and exceeding revenue goals within the DACH market with an accent on winning new enterprise accounts and strengthening existing customer relationships. Location: Working in the DACH Market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

What you will do

  • Execute territory strategies to win enterprise business, grow market presence, and consistently exceed targets.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closure, to deliver predictable, high-performance results.
  • Build trusted executive relationships, address diverse business challenges, and position hirify.global as the partner of choice.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and contribute to a culture of shared success.
  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline with accurate forecasting and travel as required to connect with customers.

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in SaaS or solution-based sales, account management, or customer-facing roles with a track record of success.
  • Native level fluency in German is a must.
  • Strategic mindset: open to learning and comfortable navigating change.
  • Consultative approach: experience working with enterprise customers and senior leaders, with a focus on long-term value creation.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, able to connect product capabilities to business needs.

  • Exposure to CRM, EX, CX, or ITSM solutions.
