What you will do
- Attain new logos by generating pipeline, working on tenders, and negotiating complex deals with business and C-level executives.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Solution Engineering, Business Development, Customer Engagement, and Value Consulting teams to analyze and improve processes.
- Consult customers on how hirify.global and Agentic AI bring ROI to their day-to-day business, challenges, and needs.
- Deliver presentations to and lead workshops for customers, both digitally and on-site.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to attain new logos in a defined account list within Germany.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Technology/SaaS Sales in a closing role, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- In-depth understanding of industry trends, with the ability to articulate narratives of digital transformation.
- Great negotiation and presentation skills.
- Native/bilingual German (spoken and written) and great English skills.
- Technical affinity and interest in the (Agentic) AI industry.
