What you will do
- Attain new logos by generating pipeline and negotiating complex deals with C-level executives.
- Collaborate with other teams including Sales, Solution Engineering, Business Development, and Customer Engagement.
- Advise customers on how hirify.global's Agentic AI solutions bring ROI to their day-to-day business.
- Deliver presentations and lead workshops for customers, both digital and on-site.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to attain new logos within Germany.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Technology/SaaS Sales in a closing role, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- In-depth understanding of industry trends, with the ability to articulate narratives of digital transformation.
- The ability to find customer needs and recognize sales opportunities.
- Great negotiation and presentation skills.
- Native/bilingual German (spoken and written) and great English skills.
- Technical affinity and interest in the (Agentic) AI industry.
Nice to have
- Experience selling in the CCaaS, AI or Customer Experience industries.
