What you will do
- Own the renewal journey from initiation to close for Enterprise and Mid-Market clients in DACH.
- Act as a "T-Shaped" partner to ensure the best outcome for the customer and hirify.global.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities.
- Maintain accurate 120-day forecasts and high data hygiene within the CRM.
- Simplify renewal processes to maintain high-velocity execution.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in renewals, account management, or a commercial SaaS role.
- Proven success in mitigating churn in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Professional fluency in both German and English (written and verbal) required.
- Experience managing a large book of business (50+ accounts per quarter).
- Resilience to navigate a fast-paced environment.
