Focus on building trusted relationships, operationalizing co-sell motions, and enabling system integrators to achieve predictable pipeline creation and deal acceleration.

Location: Onsite in London, UK.

What you will do

  • Act as the primary day-to-day relationship owner for AWS and Google Cloud at the field level, aligning hirify.global business priorities with cloud provider strategies.
  • Develop and execute regional cloud partner plans that support marketplace growth, co-sell scale, and long-term ecosystem positioning.
  • Design and operationalize a repeatable co-sell motion for AWS and GCP, connecting Account Executives with the right cloud sellers.
  • Identify and prioritize top AWS- and GCP-aligned System Integrators (SIs) capable of scaling hirify.global solutions, and build structured SI enablement.
  • Own planning, activation, and governance of hyperscaler funding programs (MDF, PPF, MAP) and lead hirify.global field engagement at major cloud events.
  • Build annual cloud partner business plans and run a disciplined Partner Go-to-Market (GTM) cadence with regular reviews and pipeline management.

Requirements

  • Experience acting as the primary day-to-day relationship owner for AWS and Google Cloud at the field level.
  • Proven ability to drive scalable co-sell execution, marketplace growth, and partner-led pipeline across hyper-scalers.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and operationalizing repeatable co-sell motions and enabling AE-to-AE engagement.
  • Ability to identify and prioritize System Integrators, building and delivering structured SI enablement covering hirify.global fundamentals and cloud integrations.
  • Experience with planning, activation, and governance of hyperscaler funding programs including AWS MDF, PPF, MAP, and GCP equivalents.
  • English: B2 required.
