What you will do

  • Proactively guide enterprise customers to maximize value from their hirify.global investment.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, champion, and advocate for customer needs and priorities.
  • Drive net revenue retention, including renewal strategy, risk mitigation, and identifying expansion opportunities.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and executive check-ins with C-level stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute Enterprise Success Plans aligned to customer business outcomes.
  • Drive adoption at scale across large organizations, mitigating risks and accelerating time to value.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing Enterprise or strategic accounts in a SaaS Customer Success role.
  • Professional fluency in German and English, with the ability to lead executive-level discussions.
  • Proven success driving net revenue retention and identifying expansion opportunities.
  • Strong executive presence with experience leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic account planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, multi-threaded stakeholder environments, engaging C-level and senior decision-makers.
  • Experience leveraging CRM and Customer Success platforms to manage account health and forecast retention.
