What you will do
- Proactively guide enterprise customers to maximize value from their hirify.global investment.
- Act as a trusted advisor, champion, and advocate for customer needs and priorities.
- Drive net revenue retention, including renewal strategy, risk mitigation, and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and executive check-ins with C-level stakeholders.
- Develop and execute Enterprise Success Plans aligned to customer business outcomes.
- Drive adoption at scale across large organizations, mitigating risks and accelerating time to value.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing Enterprise or strategic accounts in a SaaS Customer Success role.
- Professional fluency in German and English, with the ability to lead executive-level discussions.
- Proven success driving net revenue retention and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Strong executive presence with experience leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic account planning.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, multi-threaded stakeholder environments, engaging C-level and senior decision-makers.
- Experience leveraging CRM and Customer Success platforms to manage account health and forecast retention.
