What you will do

  • Own and execute Customer Success Plans to ensure maximum value delivery for accounts.
  • Engage and build relationships with customer executives as a trusted advisor to identify and measure hirify.global's impact.
  • Identify new opportunities through professional services engagements or upsell/cross-sell of additional solutions.
  • Identify and escalate any critical issues or risks of renewals, collaborating with the Account Team.
  • Host workshops to educate customers on product use and how to quantify the value of outcomes.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with key customer stakeholders to communicate progress and provide thought leadership.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in the Software Industry with successful SaaS adoption.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to generate creative, pragmatic solutions.
  • Technical background or technological savvy to learn hirify.global products, services, and technologies.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, comfortable interacting with senior leaders.
  • Strong understanding of IT Operations, ITSM processes (ITIL), or End User Computing/Client Management practices is preferred.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Arabic speaker essential.
  • German and/or French language skills are highly desirable.
