What you will do
- Collaborate with Account Executive and internal teams to manage client projects, ensuring objectives, budget, and schedule are met.
- Build and maintain direct client relationships through monthly or quarterly meetings.
- Support pre-sales activities, manage pricing/invoicing processes, and assist with contract development/renewals.
- Partner with Operations and Sales to manage client relationships, issues, and questions.
- Track client/partner metrics to understand success, issues, and growth opportunities.
- Consult with clientele on product updates and features, provide training, and act as an ambassador of hirify.global’s mission.
Requirements
- Arabic speaking is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to identify root causes.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for sales and learning new technology.
