TL;DR
Account Executive (Gaming): Identifying client marketing needs and developing solutions/proposals to achieve revenue and account goals with an accent on deploying effective sales motions and leading strategic client conversations. Focus on building a recurring book of business with game companies and demonstrating expertise in the gaming, media, marketing, and advertising spaces.
Location: US-based only, seeking candidates located in the San Francisco Bay Area or greater Los Angeles area, or who are willing to relocate to the SF or LA Areas. Relocation assistance may be available.
Salary: $272,000–$306,000.

What you will do
- Identify client marketing needs and develop value-driven solutions/proposals.
- Deploy and execute effective sales motions to hit revenue and account goals.
- Prioritize accounts, grow revenue, and lead strategic client conversations.
- Create compelling sales presentations and proposals using data.
- Consult with clients on strategic marketing and media plans, utilizing solutions.
- Demonstrate expertise in gaming, media, marketing, and advertising to clients and in industry forums.
Requirements
- 6 years of direct experience in media buying, brand marketing, digital advertising, and ad sales in the gaming industry.
- Ability to manage a high volume of accounts and prospect new leads.
- Proven experience in delivering against account and revenue goals.
- Experience managing gaming clients throughout the funnel.
- Experience building relationships with top marketing decision-makers at game publishers and their agencies.
- Ability to analyze data and identify insights for campaign performance.
- Experience with marketing and ad technology ecosystems.
- Experience in negotiating and structuring ad-buying agreements.
- Willingness to travel for regional in-person client meetings.
