What you will do
- Manage key Total Rewards initiatives such as compensation planning cycles and job architecture projects.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on employee total compensation, job evaluation, and market benchmarking.
- Develop and maintain analytics tools, dashboards, and communication materials to drive consistent total rewards decisions.
- Partner with HR Business Partners to develop and align job architectures and compensation structures with business needs.
- Collaborate with the Recruiting Team to build competitive compensation offers and collect market trends data.
- Support day-to-day global health, welfare, and retirement program administration, including audits.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in compensation and/or total rewards, preferably in private or high-growth companies.
- Advanced analytical and data management skills, with proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel (lookups, pivots, queries, and/or macros are a must have).
- Proficiency with HR tools and systems (Workday preferred).
- Hands-on experience with salary survey participation and market pricing (Radford preferred).
- Strong understanding of compensation principles, job architecture, market pricing, and equity administration.
- Proven collaboration, strong communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
