Location: Remote within the US or Canada

Salary: $246,000 – $394,000 USD / $233,000 – $357,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Architect and own a unified workforce strategy and organizational design to support 15-20% annual growth.
  • Lead the transition to an AI-augmented operating model, integrating AI agents and automation into HR processes.
  • Define total rewards philosophy and oversee compensation/benefits programs in competitive tech markets.
  • Manage and develop a team of 15-20 People professionals across compensation, benefits, and HR systems.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the C-suite on workforce planning and the future design of work.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of HR leadership experience.
  • Proven expertise in organizational design and total rewards/compensation within tech markets.
  • Experience managing programs and teams across multiple countries and jurisdictions.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to act as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders and boards.
  • Must be based in the US or Canada.

Nice to have

  • Experience in high-growth tech environments or supporting a company through pre-IPO scaling.
  • Familiarity with AI workforce tools (e.g., Workato, LLMs) and blended workforce concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with modern knowledge management tools like Notion or Guru.
