TL;DR

Senior Commercial Account Executive (SaaS Sales): Responsible for driving growth in existing and new enterprise accounts within an assigned territory with an accent on exceeding sales quotas, pipeline generation, and executive-level selling skills. Focus on developing strategic territory plans, negotiating multi-year SaaS contracts, and establishing trusted advisor relationships with IT and engineering leaders.

Location: This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. All applicants must be based in the USA and have US work authorization.

Salary: $173,000–$220,000 USD (base + variable)

What you will do

  • Meet and exceed sales quotas by closing customer contracts up to $500K+ and accurately forecasting.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive territory and account plans to drive sales, leads, and new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Leverage world-class SaaS tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator) to maximize customer information and manage sales processes.
  • Proactively engage with accounts via email, telephone, face-to-face, and other online mediums.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS experience with Enterprise/Fortune accounts.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and successfully negotiating multi-year recurring revenue contracts.
  • Experience selling enterprise software solutions to C-suite, IT, Learning, and Engineering leaders.
  • Strong background in business development, heavy prospecting, and building large networks of IT leaders.
  • Expertise in managing the full sales cycle, including planning, forecasting, prospecting, communication, and presentation.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% depending on business needs.
