What you will do
- Provide strategic guidance and direct support for complex, high-value Developer Platform deals.
- Evangelize the Developer Platform's value proposition in customer and partner calls.
- Optimize deal workflows by partnering with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product teams.
- Collaborate on and implement pricing strategies, packaging, and licensing models.
- Develop and deliver training and best practices for sales teams.
- Analyze deal performance to identify improvement opportunities and inform future strategies.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in business development, sales strategy, or similar roles, preferably in SaaS or developer-focused product environments.
- Demonstrated ability to structure and negotiate high-value, multi-year SaaS agreements with enterprise clients.
- Strong sense of ownership, taking initiative and managing time effectively.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly customer-centric with a strategic mindset for solving commercial problems.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and experienced in using data for commercial decisions.
- Work from Texas, New York, or San Francisco, or be willing to relocate to these locations.
