Salary: $106,250–$125,000 (for Illinois-based roles)

What you will do
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities in defined regional territories.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from qualification to close for new accounts.
- Understand eDiscovery market trends and competitor strategies.
- Map prospect needs to hirify.global’s solutions and articulate platform value.
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies for each prospect.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales engineers, marketing, client services) to package commercial offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of sales experience, strongly in SaaS.
- Experience managing the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to close.
- Ability to lead conversations with prospects at all levels (executives, legal operations, IT).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentations.
- Candidates must have existing US work authorization; visa sponsorship is not provided.
Nice to have
- 10+ years of sales experience with a focus in legal technology.
- 5+ years selling to federal government and/or state/large municipalities.
- Experience with E-Discovery/legal software and Challenger Sales methodology.
- Experience with sales tools including ZoomInfo, Groove, Gong, Outlook, Salesforce, Slack.
