What you will do
- Support the Sales team by providing technical proof in sales cycles, including running discovery sessions and leading product demonstrations.
- Tailor demonstrations and configure demo accounts to convey value to prospective customers, supporting complex commission plans and data structures.
- Identify opportunities for new platform features and collaborate with Product/Engineering for their development.
- Build relationships and trust with prospects and customers through industry thought leadership and expertise.
- Work cross-functionally to drive process improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Mentor team members and share best practices to uplift the entire team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience configuring and selling software, preferably in technology/SaaS.
- Deep technical aptitude and curiosity, with experience in building Excel models or programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python).
- Proficiency with popular CRMs (e.g., Salesforce), ERPs (e.g., Netsuite), and/or billing systems (e.g., Zuora).
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in written responses, customer requirements, and RFPs.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States (E-Verify participant).
