Location: Hybrid in Rome, Italy, with an expectation to be in the office roughly 1-2 times per week.

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of senior client success managers.
  • Build and maintain strategic, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives of key clients.
  • Collaborate with internal hirify.global teams to ensure strategic plans for clients are executed effectively.
  • Represent hirify.global at industry events, showcasing its vision in Employee Wellbeing.
  • Drive commercial relationships, renewals, and revenue growth for the overall client portfolio in Italy.

Requirements

  • Proven success in SaaS Account Management with Enterprise clients (500+ FTEs) in the Italian market.
  • Mandatory experience in managing and developing teams of account managers.
  • Expertise in strategic account management, including navigating complex organizations and identifying business needs.
  • Strong ability to engage with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with comfort in using data for sales processes.
  • Strong analytical mindset for data interpretation and compelling presentations.
