Salary: $183,000–$220,000 USD (New York) or $173,000–$223,000 CAD (Toronto)

What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert on Portfolio Management in the Americas markets.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities and tailor solutions to client requirements.
• Prepare and facilitate detailed hirify.global One software demonstrations, presentations, and workshops.
• Hold regular meetings with prospects and clients to understand their technology use and identify leverage opportunities.
• Review and prepare responses to prospective client RFIs and RFPs.
• Provide input to the product team on market trends and evolving client requirements.
• Mentor and support junior Solution Engineers, contributing to demonstration systems.

Requirements

• 12+ years’ experience within the Financial Services Industry with exposure to front office functions across the Buyside.
• Strong knowledge of Buy Side Portfolio Management workflows, technologies, and competitive solutions including PMS, Risk Analytics, Portfolio Optimization, and Portfolio Attribution.
• University degree in business or technology.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Flexibility to attend hirify.global office 2x/week as per hybrid policy.

Nice to have

• Knowledge and expertise around Compliance EMS, OMS, and TCA.
• Practical experience with hirify.global One, particularly related to front office workflows.
• Experience across a broad range of Public & Private asset classes (e.g., fixed income, equities, derivatives).
