What you will do
- Help deliver US Third Party Wealth Sales Enablement efforts as part of the Global CSG Sales Enablement group.
- Work on projects to develop and grow a data ecosystem for critical reporting and insights to senior management.
- Formulate data models and activation strategies to advance the on-the-field execution of sales teams.
- Work in close partnership with distribution leadership to translate strategy into executable components.
- Lead the team in partnership with GSAM Engineering to deliver a multi-year roadmap of solutions and tools.
- Execute data analysis and visualization to extract insights from combined data sets, customer segmentation, territory analysis, and KPI performance tracking.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience executing on Distribution Enablement and Business Intelligence efforts, ideally in the Asset/Wealth Management space.
- Working knowledge of BI and Analytics applications such as Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
- Experience with programming (SQL) and exposure to traditional & Cloud Databases (MS SQL Server, SingleStore, AWS).
- Prior experience with BI methodology (e.g., descriptive and prescriptive analytic techniques).
- Functional understanding of Salesforce / CRM platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
