What you'll do

• Analyze extensive datasets using data management technologies like Alteryx, Hadoop, SQL to develop cleansed inputs for M&A models, EBITDA adjustments, and net working capital analyses.
• Employ statistical software (SPSS, Minitab) and programming languages (Python, R) for in-depth analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in transaction data.
• Translate complex data findings into clear strategic recommendations for due diligence and transaction models.
• Utilize analytics platforms (SAS, Azure) throughout the transaction lifecycle to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance data analytics capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s in accounting, data science, data analytics, statistics, economics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in financial due diligence for transaction services and data analytics.
• Minimum 1 year of transaction experience focused on quality of earnings, net working capital, and cash flows.
• Minimum 1 year experience with data visualization (Tableau, PowerBI), data management (SQL, Alteryx, Hadoop), analytics platforms (SAS, Azure), statistical software (SPSS, Minitab), or programming (Python, R).
• Analytical rigor, strong written and verbal communication skills, thrive in dynamic environment, problem-solving mindset.
• Ability and desire to travel as required based on client location.
