TL;DR

Senior Talent Advisor (HR/Recruitment): Advising hiring managers across EMEA and managing the full recruitment lifecycle with an accent on candidate experience, strategic partnerships, and leveraging recruiting technologies. Focus on building talent pipelines, facilitating structured hiring processes, and influencing future workforce strategy.

Location: Hybrid (3 days in office), based within EMEA region

What you will do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent market trends and effective hiring approaches.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake to offer management and closing.
  • Proactively build talent pipelines through research, networking, and direct sourcing.
  • Leverage recruiting technologies and data to improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Facilitate structured hiring processes that promote fairness, diversity, and quality of hire.
  • Deliver an exceptional experience to both candidates and hiring teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of hiring for technical and/or specialist roles.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a consultative approach.
  • Ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
  • Confidence in negotiating offers and closing candidates.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining quality.
  • Work location: Must be able to work 3 days a week in the office within the EMEA region.
