What you will do

• Configure medium to high complexity CRM events, lifecycles, and campaigns using internal tools.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure accurate execution of campaigns and lifecycles.
• Perform post-launch checks to monitor campaign performance and report any irregularities.
• Coordinate external communication channels to advance CRM campaigns using email and push notifications.
• Provide creative copy support to social media platforms, prepare art briefs, and review asset quality.
• Work closely with Dev, QA, Art, Product, Solutions, Data Science, and Customer Service teams.

Requirements

• Good technical knowledge with attention to detail and a passion for gaming.
• Experience in marketing campaign execution or QA, and familiarity with diverse communication methods.
• Excellent written and spoken English for effective communication with global teams.
• Team-oriented approach and a strong sense of priorities.
• Must be authorized to work in the job posting location for this position on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
