What you will do
- Own monthly CRM content strategy and content plan.
- Write and adapt content for email, WhatsApp, and SMS for different segments and funnel stages.
- Build campaigns and automated flows in Customer.io, including QA.
- Understand segments, user statuses, and customer journey to time messages correctly.
- Maintain CRM hygiene: clean segments, correct statuses, stable flows, up-to-date templates.
- Monitor spending on Email/WhatsApp/SMS and optimize channel routing.
Requirements
- Fluent English; Spanish strong plus.
- Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle, or email marketing.
- Strong content thinking to turn user pains into conversion messaging.
- Experience with FOMO-based communication (deadlines, limits, opportunity cost).
- Strategic thinking, high attention to detail, operational discipline.
- Strong writing skills, adaptable tone across segments and funnels.
Nice to have
- Experience with Customer.io.
