Location: United States based, with up to 60% travel to partner sites and conferences as needed.
Salary: $155,000–$185,000 base salary plus commission.

What you will do
- Lead discovery sessions, technical reviews, and workshops with Channel Partners and TSDs.
- Educate partners on hirify.global’s capabilities and value proposition, identifying expansion opportunities.
- Craft and present compelling business and technical narratives to prospects and customers.
- Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Research to provide field insights for product innovation.
- Contribute to technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and security questionnaires.
- Deliver training sessions and represent hirify.global at conferences and industry events.
Requirements
- Proven experience working within a channel ecosystem, with a strong understanding of channel motion and partner engagement models.
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architect role.
- Experience with contact center platforms (e.g., Genesys, NICE, Five9, Cisco, Avaya, Amazon Connect).
- Strong understanding of CX best practices and enterprise customer expectations.
- Knowledge of integration methodologies (REST APIs, SOAP) and telephony fundamentals (PSTN, SIP, RTP).
- High-level familiarity with privacy, compliance, and security standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR/CPPA, HIPAA).
